FAQ
  • Do you travel everywhere?
Of course! I love my Swiss mountains as much as the sunny Mediterranean landscapes! I consider all requests for destination wedding photography and would be delighted to offer you a personalized package, including the necessary travel and accommodation.
  • Do you have any wedding vendors to recommend?
Absolutely, I would be happy to share my list of trusted vendors with whom I regularly collaborate to make your wedding a success!
  • Do you offer sessions after the wedding?
Absolutely! We can add an "after day" or "trash the dress" session to complement your wedding coverage as you wish. I also do family sessions for all life’s moments.
  • How do I book a wedding photography session with you?
The next step is to get to know each other :) To do this, I invite you to fill out the information form to arrange a first meeting (in person or via video call), which is free and without obligation!
  • How do you create timeless and poetic photos?
We discuss the style of photos you want to achieve at length before any session. We can get to know each other with an engagement session that will make you more comfortable on the big day! We build a real bond of trust so that you are perfectly relaxed on your wedding day, allowing yourself to be carried away by your emotions while almost forgetting my presence!
  • What if it rains? What do we do?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can easily reschedule your session for another day or use my studio. We can also consider doing the session in a different setting (an intimate indoor setting instead of a traditional outdoor one).
  • How many weeks do you recommend for a maternity session?
I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 30 and 35 weeks. However, availability fills up quickly! That’s why you can book your session in advance (as early as 20 weeks).
  • Who can I have a family session with? Is there a limit on the number of people?
You can have your session with your partner, children, parents, or grandparents. For groups of more than five people, I will recommend a custom package.
  • How do you create traditional yet spontaneous family photos?
We discuss the style of photos you want before any session. We create a real bond of trust so that you are perfectly relaxed on the day of your session!
  • What colors should be prioritized?
I suggest neutral and soft colors without patterns or text. Neutral colors work in most situations and help keep the focus on you without distracting from the images. However, neutral colors and simple outfits can sometimes seem a bit dull depending on the level of detail and texture of your clothing. Feel free to add special accessories if you wish (hat, bracelet or noticeable jewelry, distinctive or colorful shoes, etc.). I can also lend you some items on the day of your session.
  • How do I book a family session with you?
The next step is to get to know each other :) To do this, I invite you to fill out the information form to arrange a first meeting (by phone), which is free and without obligation!
  • Where are you based?
I live in Switzerland, in the canton of Vaud, with my husband, my (grown-up) sons, and my dogs.
  • What equipment do you use for your sessions?
I use a professional Canon 6D Mark II camera with two main L series lenses (24-70mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.4), complemented by a specific lens that I use depending on my inspiration (macro).
  • What is a lifestyle session?
A lifestyle session is the opposite of a studio session. In the lifestyle style, the photographer favors spontaneity and naturalness. This session always revolves around a place that suits you (at home where the whole family feels comfortable, or outdoors, in a park, in the mountains, by the sea, etc.), conducive to relaxation, escape, and emotions. Whatever location you choose, I recommend always wearing clothes you love and feel comfortable in. The photos will be all the more natural.
  • How can I add a personal touch?
A nice plaid scarf in winter, a headscarf in summer, a belt that accentuates the waist and adds a touch of color, layered jewelry or a statement piece, a unique garment (overalls, a long dress…), a patterned jacket (that can be removed if simplicity is needed), a well-tailored coat or jacket - all these can add a bit of flair to your soft and neutral-colored outfits.
  • Why should I avoid wearing black?
For outdoor photos, avoid black, especially a full black outfit. Black contrasts strongly with the background, particularly in summer, and can also make the photo look heavy.
  • Do you take studio photos?
Absolutely! I can welcome you to my studio in Gingins for a more comfortable session.
